Amazing love the playstation 5 it is great quality. The control is so comfortable in the hand and easy to use. It is in good condition and I can play playstation 4 games on it so I don’t need to throw away any ps4 discs. I can see why they keep going out of stock everywhere it sure was hard to get but definitely worth it. To start I am Happy, relieved to finally receive my new ps5! Months of searching. No luck. Finally grabbed my console from Bulkra . And the console didn’t disappoint runs game super smooth! Last gen for the most part get free upgrades which is huge! I was able to upgrade miles morales from ps4 to ps5 for free! Epic! I love my ps5!

Bulkra did a great job with pain free purchase on an item that was very hard to find anywhere else. Everything about this purchase was excellent. It was my first time doing curbside pickup and it was great. I was literally in the parking lot less then 10 minutes. The woman who came out with it was so nice. This was a late Christmas present for my 15 year old. He loves it! He says it has lightning fast loading speeds. Graphics are gorgeous. You can play old games as well as new. The controls are awesome! No complaints. We did buy an extra control so two can play. Or one to charge while one is in use. And be patient with set up. It took us at least and hour to set up, because of our internet download speeds. But no delays while playing.

I have owned many game consoles over the years, including all of the PlayStations, lots of Nintendo, some of the Xboxs and a lot of old generation systems as well. I have had this system since launch day and it has been a blast so far, even the free game Astro’s Playroom that is installed on the system was really fun to play. The system is virtually silent when running (finally!) has a pretty decent line up games for having just come out. The controller is beyond amazing, the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers definitely make the games feel more alive than in past generations. I hope all consoles going forward have these features! Can’t wait for more PS5 only games to come out for it!

First off this purchase was absolute luck. The Ps5 however is a true Next Gen console. It’s start up time is quicker than previous generations and it’s ability to multitask between games and the Home Screen is unmatched. It’s usability is phenomenal if your looking to quickly dart in and out different games or media. The biggest downside I will saw though is it’s storage capacity. It falls short of a 1TB HD but does give you the ability to use external as well as close space so that you can continue gaming.

Looks futuristic yet tacky. In my personal opinion, looks doesn’t really matter as long it can play next gen games well
Large console. Standing up it’s the tallest home video console.
A lot of air-vents throughout making it aerodynamic, cool, quiet, and does not overheat or get hot with consecutive gameplay hours. This may change in the future if games require more performance out of the system, with similar fate like the PS4 where it was whisper quiet in beginning and became louder over the years with more graphical intensive games.
Has LED lights giving it a PC look (?)
Face plate easy to take out for future customization options (?).

Swapping SDD is not as easy as Xbox Series X (with it’s plug and play method) as you have to remove some screws. Upside is that it’s standard and not a propriety SDD.
PS5 is compatible with most PS4 games. If you have an external SDD from PS4 it’s just plug and transfer to PS5 internal storage
Comes with stand. Console is not entirely flat, so stand is required for horizontal position. You have console in vertical position without stand, but does not have grip (rubber feet) so may slide if bumped into or during an earthquake
Front of console: USB-C, USB-A, power, and eject button
Back of console: Two USB-A (Super Speed), LAN port, HDMI, and power port
Wished it had more USB-C ports to be future proof, but guess they kept USB-A for some current accessories to be backwards compatible. Disappointed the PS5 official 3D pulse headset and camera uses USB-A. Also no optical audio port means i can’t use some of my surround sound headsets.
Load times for PS5 games are instantaneous. Ps4 games will load much faster, even without optimized patch.
Ps5 have ray tracing giving games realistic lighting effects

Physically larger than past DuelShock controllers. Great for those with adult sized hands
Great tech demo included with ‘Astro’s Playroom’.
Haptic feedback. Similar to Nintendo Switch HD rumble, but more apparent. Not sure if developers will implement in future their games. Even with Nintendo first party; only ‘1-2 Switch’ and ‘Mario Party’ from what I recall used HD rumble at great extent and it dropped off after that.
Adaptive triggers. Will feel resistance/push back on triggers if developers implement it in game.
Hope both Haptic feedback and Adaptive triggers say the entire lifespan and transfer to PS6 instead of dropping off like the six axis on PS3 and light bar in PS4
Has built in mic. Sound quality is similar to current smart phone on speaker. Has mute button
Similar to PS4, it has speaker and touch pad. Touch pad is more sensitive this time around
About double battery life of Ps4 controller. Able to get in 10 consecutive hours
Wished it came with back paddle buttons. Hopefully they release a DualSense Back Button Attachment like they did the DualShock 4

There’s an activity row where you can track your progress on games

There are notifications popups, but you can turn on ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode
Similar to phone’s swipe down tool bar for basic profile (trophy list, avatar, user info,etc), accessibility options, sound, Game Base, internet wifi select, controllers (see connected controllers), etc on home screen for easy access.
‘Game Base’ section is where you make party with friends and chat with them, view friend requests.
Share button this time around will pull up menu to take snap shot, record video, or save video previously played game session for up to 60mins
There’s an ‘Your Accolades’ feature where you give props to other players. Reminds me of how to give endorsements (Sportsmanship, Good Teammate, Shot Caller) in Overwatch to encourage positivity in online community. For PS5 has Helpful, Welcoming, and Good Sport
There are accessibility options/preferences you can setup that transfers to your games
There’s a ‘Switcher’ option where you can change games on the fly, but unlike the Xbox Series X’s ‘quick resume’ does not leave where you left off, and will boot you back to the home screen of that game
Picture-in-picture mode if you want friends to help show you how to get through levels
PS4 games load faster on PS5 if downloaded to SSD. Graphical upgrade depends on publisher if they implement a ‘PS5 upgrade” patch

Trophies that have collectables there is a progress bar showing how much left to collect.
There are also tutorial videos for some games that implement it.
Some trophies once selected will drop you into the level/section where you can obtain the trophy. Again depends on game developer if they implement it.

Overall, aside from some odd design choices very capable next gen system. There are some features especially on the controller that developers have to utilize and may not be present in all games. If anything like the PS3 and PS4, going to have thousands of gameplay hours on this system

I know that there hasn’t been many games out for the PS5 however the experience is worth it. The reason for this is due to the better performance of this machine. Compared to the PS4 Slim, I don’t have to wait hours just to update a patch or download game as it downloads at 600ish MBPS over ethernet on a gigabit line. The console feels fast with no pauses, stutters and little wait time to get into a game. Any PS4 game that had weird stutters or graphic pop in no longer shows up on the PS5 due to its powerful performance. The PS5 controller feels great with its larger size, feedback with the rumble and feedback triggers. As a freebee that I’m happy about is that when buying a PS5 and having PS Plus; you get 19 great PS4 games for free (PS Plus collection) which adds more value into the purchase of a PS5.
It’s not all perfect though. There is some question when it comes to the controller as there are some people complaining about controller drift which I didn’t get as of yet. My personal issue with the controller is battery life as it only lasts under 6 hours from a full charge. This worries me as when the controller gets older, the battery life will just get worse overtime. The other issue comes to it’s size as it is almost the same height as a mid tower desktop. I couldn’t fit it anywhere in my small apartment so I had to leave it on the floor. The last issue which is minor is you can’t place custom backgrounds or use purchased backgrounds from PS4 into PS5. That is a bit lame as I use custom wallpapers to make the PS5 experience unique to myself.
In conclusion I highly recommend getting this not just for the next gen games but just the better quality of life issues that plagued the PS4 consoles. If only there was available stock as this was a pain to try and buy >.< .

This New-Gen PlayStation 5 Is an Excellent Gaming Console with the power to play all the latest Triple AaA+ games on the market & the newest soon to be released upcoming next gen games such as Horizon 2 Forbidden West & God of War Ragnarok!
I am happily enjoying My PS5 with it’s “Speedy SSD” transfer rates and high frames per second capabilities! Games like The Last Of Us 2, Resident Evil 5, Demon Souls & Ratchet – Clank Are very impressive and mind boggling at times on how good those games look! I’m a PC gamer first with all my heart!
But I have got to tell you this PS5’s inner-core processor and graphics capabilities are on par with a 1,200 dollar gaming PC I sh_t you not!!
This is a must buy for any Sony PlayStation lover/fan.

Without a Doubt the Sony PS5 is the dominant standout console of this generation, it still holds its place as the alternative as of now to PC gaming. Great exclusives, and enhanced version of the predecessor PS4 games. The only issue is scarcity and how to get your hands on one. I recommend if you can purchase for retail, and hopefully there will be more consoles available for the holiday season.

An actual buyer here!!! The console has been great. No issues so far (Crosses fingers). No glitches (like many who don’t work in the tech field claim). I’ve tried plenty of PS4 games and they all work normal. I have Spiderman, 2K, COD and Valhalla and they are all good games. The adaptive triggers on the controller definitely stand out as a highlight. I turn them off for multiplayer in COD because they can be a distraction.
I’m sure the Xbox has some benefits, but I’m sticking with Sony. Hope everyone is able to get the console they want.

It was quite difficult to pre-order the PS5, but I truly lucked out because even with all the restocks certain retailers have had… it is still unbelievably hard to place the order. I hope anyone that still wants one gets one soon because it really is unfair that the gamers aren’t able to land one whilst scalpers have thousands.
The PS5 has run beautifully and so intelligently from what I’ve experienced. The set up was of course easy and fast. The new UI is smooth and I definitely like it more than the old one on the PS4.
The Dualsense Controller is AMAZING. It is probably the next best thing (only second to the console itself) with the way it works. It’s not as slippery like the Dualshock and feels great in hand. Even after hours of gaming, I did not feel any fatigue in my hands. The battery life is probably similar to its predecessor.
Overall, the console runs very smoothly and I have not experienced any sort of loudness with it. I do recommend when playing games, to choose performance over the resolution. You will absolutely get a higher FPS and I think it just runs a lot better that way.
Would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to experience next gen even though we’ve just merely begun to play those games.

Fimally managed to get one, and I have to say, I’m impressed. It’s bigger than I expected, but it looks nice once you sit it on your TV stand. Once a gake is installed, it runs pretty quietly. The graphics are impressive. Unlike when the PS4 first came out, this controller seems to be much more sturdy.
Finally, I really like the ability to “pause” a game, and go back to it after watching YouTube, or better yet, putting it in rest mode. After putting the game down for three days and turning the console on, I pick back up right where I started. This works for PS5 and PS4 games.
Speaking of PS4 games, the PS5 is backwards compatible with my PS4 games. So it’s nice to be able to catch up and play some PS4 games I missed or want to return to. Especially with PS4 games being so scarce.
The only concern I have is for the space. There is not a lot of space (less than the 1 TB on the box) due to the pre-inatalled apps and system data. Luckily for my PS4 games, I can use an external SSD for storing my PS4 games on. And when installing PS4 games, it’ll automatically install them to my external SSD unless I tell it not to. That’s a good quality of life feature. Luckily, there is an expandable storage bay in the console, so I will be looking at that in the future.
The PlayStation 5 is a great machine. The capabilities are nice, and its backwards compatibility will help with the lack of library right now due to being a new console. Even with the small library of PS5 games right now, if you can snag one, it’s worth it.

What can I say…this is the MOST in-demand next-gen gaming console. It’s so hard to get your hands on it that people are paying a premium above MSRP to resellers. The picture quality is amazing on a 4K TV (recommend high refresh rate 120 MHz 4K TV if you can afford it). It functions as a media center and allows you to watch amazon prime videos for example in addition to gaming. It’s the console that once you play on it, you won’t want to go back to the earlier gen PS consoles. Get it while you can!! (oftentimes you only seconds to buy before going out of stock)

I am so happy that I purchased this new PlayStation 5, I like the new look to the system. Everything so far has worked perfectly. The loading of the games I purchased to go with my new PlayStation 5 load so much faster then my last system(PlayStation 4), the graphics on the new system is just amazing. So far everything about my new PlayStation 5 is great. I’m very happy with the amount of space I now have on this system, saving, resting, and powering off the system is quick and easy.
I am very happy with my PlayStation 5 purchase, and I highly recommend this new PlayStation 5 system to everyone that likes playing video games, and that wants the best experience thay can get.

Overall the PS5 is great. Games run at a steady frame rate, load times are basically instantaneous and the controller is something you really have to feel for yourself to understand how immersive it makes the experience. However, there is an issue with most, if not all launch models including mine. If you have an external storage device hooked up to the console and a disc inserted the console says “unsupported disc”. You then have to either disconnect the external storage device or simply open another game and close out for that disc to be read. It’s probably the worst issue Sony could have given that the PS5 only has 600 something GB of storage after the OS is installed to begin with. If it’s a firmware issue it can be patched but if this is a hardware issue then there are going to be a lot of recalled PS5 consoles. There are a lot of people trying to get ahold of these right now but with this issue it wouldn’t be a bad idea to wait a few months until it’s resolved. In all I’m giving it 5 stars because it really is an amazing console, I just hope they can can fix the external storage bug with an update.
