I love my fridge. I’ve had it about a month now & I’m really impressed with how much it holds. I have a small kitchen & was worried it would be too big but it’s not. It’s a perfect size even for my small kitchen.

The amount of space in it is amazing, especially after using side-by-side counter-depth for years. Door storage is good, freezer section is very convenient, adjustable sections of the shelves add flexibility. Still trying to figure out the best usage of the “CoolSelect Pantry” drawer: in order to open it, both refrigerator doors need to be open and therefore it is not such a good idea to keep frequently accessed items there – probably better suited for occasionally used stuff. Overall very pleased with the quality and performance.

Love this fridge more than a “better” & more expensive one we purchased & then swapped out. Water & ice maker work great. The inside has a smoked grey color to the clear parts that looks really nice. Spacious for a counter depth. Easy features like the door alarm & temp controls.

Could not get any one to come out and show me how to set the temperatures for the refrigerator or freezer. I even got the extended warranty on it. The geek squad should should be part of there job, i pay in full for both and all items and showing me how to set all temperature for the refrigerator and freezer should be part of there job.

WE REALLY LOVE THIS FRIDGE. HAS PLENTY OF ROOM AND I LOVE THE ICE IT PRODUCES. THE ONLY FLAW THAT I CAN SAY IT HAS IS THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT CATCHES WATER THAT DRIPS. WITH OUR HARD WATER HERE IN SAN ANTONIO IT LEAVES A WHITE FILM ON THE FRIDGE. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, IT’S A GREAT BUY.

We love the spacious fridge and freezer. Only complaint would be that the icebox doesn’t make very much ice at a time. But we love the fridge alarm if the door is left open too long, the digital controls and also the cool select pantry for extra room.

Love love love this refrigerator! Couldn’t be more pleased. The ice and water area is large for filling large size mugs/yeti’s etc. The LED interior light is nice and bright. Tons of room in the fridge, and I am super happy with the deli drawer – tons of uses and more room than I had expected. Easy to set temps.

I’ve had the refrigerator for about six months now. I’m impressed by the storage capacity and temperature uniformity. The Cool Select Pantry is very useful too. The only issue is that the ice maker freezes solid sometimes. This happens when the ice bucket gets too full.

Samsung refrigerator is still new. So no complaints yet. Upper freezer tray always opens up when you open the main freezer compartment. Than you have to push the upper compartment back to get full access to lower freezer.

I love the features & looks. The delivery was on time & an excellent experience. My only concern is the life of the compressor. This replaced a similar LG unit that had a compressor fail in 7 years, then an associated evap. leak, needing another compressor in less than 7 months later.

was very happy that I didn’t get the pull out drawer one. At first I did but it was damaged when I arrived. At that point I was able to see how milk, wine, or 2 liter soda would fit and it didn’t! So I switched fridges with a different model and am so happy I did. This has tons of space. Also I bought the black stainless steel and if you have a toddler you know how annoying finger prints are. So far no prints! The only negative if I had to say is that the ice machine is a bit loud but not horrible.

I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion. I own several Samsung products and I can’t say enough good things about Samsung. So naturally when it came time to upgrade my refrigerator, trying Samsung’s large appliances was at the top of my list. Everything was easy and went as planned with the installation of my Samsung Refrigerator cool select; the fingerprint less stainless-steel refrigerator itself is very beautiful.
The layout and bright LED lights allows you to easily see all the food and use ice/water dispenser. The temperature and humidity control for the cool select drawer/refrigerator/freezer is simple to use and it is nice that they have a lock on them, so they don’t accidentally get bumped. The ice dispenser is quiet and makes ice quickly and it holds a lot of ice, I’m not going to have a problem running out of ice from now on.
The only peeve that I have found with the refrigerator is that the freezer is noticeably missing the door shelf and would be nice if Samsung offered this as a replacement part so you can but it, since apparently this model doesn’t come with it.

This refrigerator is great, the finger print resident finish works perfectly, the adjustable shelves are easy to use and the wifi interface is very convenient to monitor and control the refrigerator. The unit is also exceptionally quite also.

When my 20 year old fridge went belly up recently, I had to buy this as an emergency purchase! I chose it partly because of the fast delivery time (my freezer was melting), and because it was a good middle-of-the-road fridge that I could be happy with for a long time!
I am certainly not disappointed! I’ve had it for nearly a month, and the refrigerator refrigerates, and the freezer freezes! The water and ice maker work wonderfully, and as a bonus, it connects with my phone and TV via the Smart Things app and lets me know when my tiny human has had her head in the fridge too long deciding on snacks, or has just forgotten to close the doors!
Speaking of snacks! the long drawer inside the fridge is AMAZING for storing tiny human snacks! It’s easy for them to reach, and can be separated into two different sections, which I divide into edibles and drinkables!
Size-wise, I think I am biased. The old side-by-side fridge was 22cu.ft. and both sides were packed chock full! When I loaded it all into this fridge, it looked so empty! So, capacity is amazing! I think this is the largest fridge I have ever owned!
The ice and water dispenser are basic, but certainly functional! I’m not terribly excited about how well it crushes ice (not very well. One would think ice crushing technology would have advanced over the years, but apparently not.), but I don’t need snow, so it’s not a big deal for me. There is also a control lock option for this, which is useful in preventing tiny wandering hands from taking a kitchen water or ice shower! As a side note, not nearly as useful, but the controls inside the fridge also have a lock feature (the standard “hold for 3 seconds”).
The door bins are just right in my opinion. Even the little narrow bin area around the ice dispenser is the perfect size to store a few backup sticks of butter!
All in all, I highly recommend this fridge! I had a different Samsung refrigerator in my last house (which I was sad to leave behind!), and both that one and this one have worked flawlessly!

I have only had the unit a month. So far no issues. The Freezer drawer feels a little cheap but no issues. I like the door alarm having two kids who never pay attention to what they are doing.

Purchase and delivery went very smoothly. Install was no problem. I did, however, notice a few dents and dings that I had not seen in the store. It has worked fine since purchase and I am happy with it.

Our old kitchen fridge died without warning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic during stay at home orders. Best Buy was pretty much the only store able to deliver a replacement that fit the existing fridge cove in our kitchen in anything less than a month. The new fridge itself is very spacious and is brightly lit inside. Our old fridge was a side by side, so that has been a little bit of adjustment, but overall the French door style fridge is a much better use of space.

I love the space this refrigerator offers, it is taking me some time to get used to have the freezer in the bottom drawer, but it is not bad. It is very quiet, I used a calibrated thermometer to check the accuracy of the temperature display, and it is within 1 F, very accurate.
Only four stars because the side where the water and ice dispensing unit is, the trays are very, very, very small. You can just fit your cream cheese and butter, nothing else. But there is plenty of space, it is just annoying to see a poor design in that area.

We received delivery during the COVID pandemic, so it was only dropped off on our patio. We have had to figure out how to adjust shelves, open the ice maker, etc on our own. But, it is a great frig. Roomy, great drawers, easy to see everywhere. We are very pleased.

We love this refrigerator! The upper, dual door, model has plenty of room. With that, the shelves fold up and down so they can be adjusted to fit your needs. We also like the digital temperature controls for specific settings.
The lower freezer section also has plenty of space. It has an upper pull-out drawer so we can place items in there that we use more often. This drawer also automatically retracts when you close the main freezer door.
The exterior ice dispenser (cubed and crushed), along with filtered water, is a great plus.
We highly recommend this model if you are looking for a high mid-range refrigerator that is practical and reasonably priced.

I researched alot and settled on this fridge due to updated ice maker and it makes the amount we need. So far it has been a great appliance, the only thing i would say is the samsung smartthigs app could not find the fridge but after an update i finally got it connected to my smart home.

Fridge is exactly the temp I want and big interior for our family of 4. Love it. Smart feature with samsung smart things has let us know multiple times that we left the door open. Very handy actually!
