I love how much room and storage it has. It’s very easy to keep organized. The ice tray in the top freezer is big holds a lot of ice. Only thing if it gets too full it falls in the bottom freezer. Just make sure you use ice everyday to keep lower. Love the water dispenser inside. I always had the one on the outside of the door. Wanted to try something different and because you don’t have it on the door that’s what gives you so much more storage in the fridge. The freezers are nice size. This fridge is definitely worth it

Great french door fridge-freezer. Ample space for everything for a 6 member family. Great value for money for the cost to volume ratio. I prefer the water spout and ice dispenser on the inside.

After researching the name brand refrigerators I selected SAMSUNG. It definitely lives up to its features of keeping the veggies fresh and crisp. The temperatures ( you control) provides the meat to stay fresh as the day you purchased. There is no frost buildup on packages! Another added feature is the stainless steel is so easy to keep clean…. no fingerprints!!! Love, Love.. highly recommend!

Very minor drawback. Icemaker drawer could be better design, allows ice to spill. Otherwise, we enjoy capacity, adjustable shelves. Couldn’t beat the price for size and convenience.

Had been looking for something bigger and this just fit my needs. Plenty of storage space. I was concerned with the reviews regarding the noises from the ice maker but after having the refrigerator for a few weeks the noise is not at all close to what I was imagining.

We bought this at the beginning of November and now almost a month and a half later we have not only not had any issues with this refrigerator, but we’ve really enjoyed it! Just when I think we bought too much and surely we won’t have enough room, I’m wrong. I love the water spigot inside, the ice maker ROCKS, and I just LOVE the bottom freezer. For the price, I really don’t think we could’ve asked for anything better.

I got this fridge during the early Black Friday sale and it is amazing. There is so much room it’s ridiculous thanks to how much the side doors can also hold. I was able to take everything from my old fridge and store it all on the side doors of my new fridge besides drinks. The humidity storage compartments work great and nothing in there ever goes bad. The freezer fits more than you’d expect. Def a great product.

I love everything about this refrigerator. I read reviews on this product and many others on many different websites before I purchased this one. I recall some people talking about temperature issues. I’ve not had a single one. It is still on the temperatures I set it on and my food is perfectly cold.
I also recall people saying it was a little noisy. It is not noisy at all unless you are bugged by the 15 seconds of soft water sound when it is filling up the ice maker. It fits perfectly in the space I have it in. It looks great. I love the water inside the fridge. I had to get a new fridge because having the water and ice on the outside was causing problems on my cork flooring when water would drip or an ice cube would escape.
There are lots of little things that are great. The bright lighting is terrific because I can always see everything. I love that the top drawer of the freezer comes out with the door so you don’t have to mess with anything to get to the ice.
There are only two things I wish were a little different but I really hardly care about either of them and neither outweighs all of the good stuff. First, I wish there were a little more flexibility with the placement of the shelves on the inside of the doors. I love that there is so much space there, I just wish I had more choices of how to place them without rendering the top one completely useless. Secondly, the placement of the water dispenser inside the fridge is hard to use if the brim of your cup is too wide. But again, neither of these things really matter to me.
The whole process was great. The folks at Best Buy were terrific and the guys who came to deliver it did so in a very short time, without destroying my house. They also moved my old one out to my garage. It was a great experience all around and I’m happy with my fridge.

I love my new frig. It is has french doors and an bottom drawer freezer with an ice maker. I love the door compartments that’s can hold a gallon of milk or a bunch of condiments. The freezer is divided into 2 levels for storage so that’s nothing gets buried and forgotten at the bottom. (It’s only been 30 years since I purchased my last new refrigerator! I think I was due for an upgrade!)

Wonderful Samsung refrigerator that uses a linear Drive. The linear drive causes weird noises at night. The linear Drive is guaranteed for 10 years and his lowered my electric bill by $5 a month! I’ll deal with the noise difference.

We have had this refrigerator just over two years now and I can’t say enough great things about it. There seems to be no end to the room! I can see everything at a glance. I really like having the ability to store bulky items on the doors. The adjustable sliding shelf is a nice feature. The only thing I might change would be the position of the water dispenser. It’s a little difficult to hold a glass against the button to fill it. I really like the chimes to let me know when the door is not closed or has been open for too long. I have never had a bottom freezer so this took some getting used to. The ice maker seems slow compared to others I have had in the past. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

Love this refrigerator. Samsung is great, our last Samsung refrigerator is over 17 years old and running great. Bulkra also gave us great service. Fingerprint resistant finish is great!!

Keeps food fresh for a long time. Vegetables, dairy and bread in the food pantry tastes fresh after 2 weeks. Freezer door closes gently. Top fridge door needs a little push to close. It does make noise when keeping cold but it’s not all the time. I love it, it’s fancy.

It’s a great price for how good this fridge is. Cooled down quick after installation. Has compartments for everything. Color was great for our house. Shelves can be moved and one slides for more room for those tall items. Freezer has lots of room and dividers. Water dispenser inside keeps kids from playing. I’ve make works great too.

This is a pretty good unit. Relatively quiet and keeps food cold (as it should). The freezer items tend to get ice crystals on occasion, but that isn’t the end of the world. The water dispenser (located inside the unit) functions well and provides great tasting filtered water. We are happy with this refrigerator.

This is the second, exact fridge I have bought from Bulkra. I might never buy another brand from another retailer. You’d have to be silly to ignore Bulkra superior points program and how they treat repeat customers. Do yourself a favor and go with Bulkra and this or another Samsung fridge.

I had gone refrigerator shopping with the plan to purchase a KitchenAide refrigerator. I read too many negative comments about Samsung. As we were just about to “close the deal”, the salesperson asked if we had considered Samsung. When I told her about the comments that I had read, she quickly told me that Samsung had addressed all of the concerns that were identified. She even said that the Samsung refrigerator was the Geek Squad’s favorite because they never get calls on it. Because of all of this & since the refrigerator was about $500.00 cheaper, we opted to go with the Samsung. We’ve now had the refrigerator a couple of months & the only complaint we have is with the delivery people. I had to argue with them to get them to leave the refrigerator because the water shut off was under the sink & not at the back of the refrigerator where they said it should be. I consulted with a Master Plumber & he said the proper location is, in fact, under the sink.

Samsung has been one of the leading company in manufacturing electronics and you can never go wrong with it. Fits perfect to the size and works great. Good storage space and keeps the food fresh
