This TV is simply amazing. Upgraded from my 4 year old LED 4K and I am beyond impressed. If you like movies and gaming, this tv is perfect for you. My Xbox Series X looks gorgeous and all the games look even better than before. It’s pricy, but I use it every single day, so why not enjoy my experience as much as possible.

This TV has been reviewed countless times (along with the Cx line) and everything they say is true. The picture quality, brightness, etc is mind blowing. For me it was a HUGE upgrade over my several year old Sony Bravia 4k TV. My only gripe – and this is a universal complaint – is that I wish you could program / customize the dedicated app buttons on the remote. I will never need Alexa or Google assistant at my fingertips, but I sure would like to launch Vudu (or whatever) quickly. The button is there – let me decide what it launches.

I know it’s expensive but I feel it’s worth it. I’ve had medium to high end LED and plasma sets in the past and loved them both. I was always a bigger fan of plasmas. These OLED TVs are kind of like new age 4K HDR plasmas. I’m very happy with the purchase and don’t see how I could go back to LED after seeing this picture. It’s amazing and even makes old movies in HD look incredible.

I’m in love with this TV! I’m not really tech savvy but love the quality when I’m watching any high resolution movies and shows. I don’t think I can go back to tvs that are not OLED! The price also is not bad considering that you’re getting such an amazing display, especially during dark scenes. I also love the LG channels! I definitely recommend this TV! Just make sure that your wifi is fast if you’ll be streaming anything with this tv.

Really love the LG OLED for Gaming. It has a silky smooth refresh rate and the colors of HDR stand out on this tv. It also has integration to Nvidia Gsync which is an easy toggle when using the tv. I like how the tiles of Web OS work, but I like how the Controller just works to my needs. It was easy steps to be able to control my Receiver and my cable box. I had the Samsung MU8000 and this tv blows that samsung out of the water when you set the NVIDia mode to FPS. If you play a lot of first person Shooters online this is your TV… period.

Went from the Samsung Q90t to the LG CX and was happy since the Q90 was nice but I had horrible picture problems when gaming and saw parallel lines on bright screens. The CX was good but it was my first OLED and had very grainy picture when streaming shows and it wasn’t my internet connection. The C1 just came out within my return date for the CX so I obviously wanted the new gen 4 picture processor. It’s way better in my opinion but lacks brightness from the CX by a bit I think..im happy tho. It’s amazing gaming with my PS5 and Series X! 🙂 so honestly for anyone just looking for gaming It’s perfect and someone for movies and shows it’s still awesome. I’m happy with OLED and was scared of the burn in but samsung hasn’t been making me happy since my 2015 Ks8000 series I think it was. They are bright sure, but whats the point when the blacks are so distorted and ugly and only have 1 [2.1 HDMI port] just don’t be a fanboy in my opinion and whatever makes u happy go for it. But I am amazed with the colors and picture of OLED, just wish it was a tad brighter. Whatevs.

Replaced an LG OLED C-9 that was taken out by lightning. The picture is outstanding (as I expected). The software is a but different than the older TV and I actually prefer the older software. The older software seemed more intuitive. Once I get use to this newer software, I’m sure my unease will go away. Overall, the TV is excellent. Best Buy sales people were outstanding, too.

Absolutely stunning television. Picture quality is amazing and the TV itself is gorgeous. The blacks are true blacks, when the TV goes to a black screen when changing inputs I cannot tell if it is even turned on. The base is also refined if you choose not to wall mount and makes cable management a breeze. It is also very sturdy, I have two kittens and no concerns with them walking by the TV. The best purchase that I have made for my new apartment.

This is an amazing tv. I got this because my old 55″ Sanding was not big enough for my new room. After a lot of research, and wanting the best tv to compliment my Xbox Series X, this came up. It was between this and the CX, while the CX is a great option, I reached this year’s tv. The picture is beyond amazing with Dolby Vision, sound is great, and the best is the picture, even when the resolution not is 4K, still looks great

Beatiful display. The only reason I knocked off a star is due to the poor/bad instructions for installing the display stand. The instructions tell you to lay the TV flat and install the stand. However, the TV is so super thin (with nowhere to hold it firmly), it is extremely difficult to lift it back upright and move it into position. I would have preferred not to sweat breaking it and simply mounted it in place using the box as some reviewers have done.
The setup UI is a bit lacking. When completing the Wi-Fi step, it always wanted to go to a screen that was written in Korean. We eventually figured it out, but it was a pain and definitely some kind of glitch.
At the end of the day though, once we moved past these setup headaches, we were left with a beautiful display that is really second to none. Very happy with the overall purchase.

I had the C9 and CX and upgraded to the C1. This is better on all fronts. While the display itself is very similar the processing is a leap ahead of the previous models. Upscaling quality is great and those 4K movies that were shot with intentional Filmgrain(goodfellas), even look smooth somehow. The new gaming optimizer is (pun) a game changer. There nothing more that I could want out of a display. And the new remote is a big improvement as well.

Overall I’m happy with my purchase. LG has awful customer service and tech support so 10/10 would never call them for help again. However thieir tv is being used as my living room PC gaming station set up in 2k and I must say I’m extremely impressed between the refresh rate and image quality. Needs a bit of tweaking depending on what game you play but overall it’s amazing.

Great TV, especially if you need more than one HDMI 2.1 connection. Most TVs so far only come with one or two HDMI 2.1, and usually are also the eARC/ARC port as well for those who might use an soundbar, and are left with no or one HDMI2.1 for current devices like XBSX, PS5… so clear choice is the LG. Unless you go with the newer audio receivers, like not yet released as of yet that work 100%, that fully support 2.1 passthrough, then other TVs are an option then.

LG OLEDs are the best consumer displays on the market today, hands down. The picture quality is amazing and black colors / dark scenes look incredible even in daylight. Also, LG allows you to disable all the annoying advertising / data collection things that Samsung won’t/

Purchased this tv after owning a 2020 Vizio P series always having issues with the VIZIO and my series X. After upgrading to the LG C1 my issues have have been 100% resolved the 120fps is flawlessly and Dolby vision gaming at 120 there is nothing like it! Tv is a bit scary to handle when wall hanging but as long as you have help not a problem! The OLED crystal clear picture blows every tv out there outta the water!

My Sony 4K stopped working so I had to purchase a new TV. I’ve had the LG OLED since Father’s Day. I’ll keep this review simple. Dark colors reach an almost totally black color, which in turn makes other colors more vibrant, which in turn makes this TV absolutely amazing! 120hz refresh rate doesn’t hurt anything either.

This TV is a very nice picture with DVDs, Blu-ray, and 4K UHD BDs (of course, resolution varies). The worst I have noticed is skipped frames, which sometimes is the BD’s fault (Terminator 3 for example, the crane chase scenes). So, far, no ‘garbage’ separating action portion of scenes from the more static backgrounds, which is great to NOT see! Overall, I am very pleased.

I absolutely love this 77″ OLED CX TV. I was going to get the 65″ OLED BX, which is probably the best value tv, however I have not regretted a single day with my upgrade to the 77″. It’s in a class of it’s own, being slightly bigger than the normal 75″.
The true black of the OLED technology is so worth it. It enhances all the colors and makes for a stunning picture that you can’t take your eyes off of.
My only critique is the HDMI ARC sound output. It is a little buggy at times. Every now and then I have to reset it for it to connect to my speaker system. I did some research online and it seems to be an issue for some. Perhaps my dated Samsung 7.1 Surround Sound system is part of the problem, for my LG TV’s sake I hope that is the case. I will be upgrading my sound system soon and I will see if it improves the situation.
Overall I love this TV. You will too if you make the jump. Go for it! You only live once.

The OLED TV and the Geek install team were great. The LG remote is awkward feeling to me; perhaps it will seem more natural & intuitive with more use. An explanatory instruction sheet would be helpful… but there isn’t one; there are remote buttons that I have no clue as to what they are for.
For the cost of this 77 inch high end YV there is no owners manual! You MUST download one at your expense & time; a glaring omission by LG. What would that have cost LG?
I can NOT find the serial number & therefore can not complete warranty card; I’m sure it would have been on an owners manual/user guide. – 5 days ago I left a “please call me” message for my installer. No reply.
Photos show old 60 inch TV vs my new 77 inch LG OLED. I was fearful it would be too big; it is not!
