after having a microwave for ten years i had to replace it ans choose this one…. i was a bit hesitanr in installing it as ive never done it before, but aftwe reading the install instructions my husband and i installed it in under and hour. it was so easy. the features on it are great. and it heast the food so much faster than the old one. the only feature i wish it had was a one touch for 1-5 min like the 30 sec option. thats the only reason i gave it a good rating vs excellent

I purchased new stainless appliances. This microwave matches my new range & refrigerator. It’s very nice. There’s a wire rack to give more warming space and a carousel. The touch controls work nicely.

The delivery app kept me informed on arrival starus. I received the 30 minute call. They aerived and it waa tge fatest and cleanist install if any apploance i hahe seen in 30 years. The LG unit is perdornimg better than the precious LG and we are very happy

Works just as it should, is also very spacious. I’m loving all of the different settings, though a kitchen timer feature would be helpful. It looks very nice too, matched our LG oven perfectly.

Okay, so I’m probably not the ideal person to write a review for a microwave. To be honest I usually use it to heat up coffee. But if you’ll bear with me I will give my thoughts. First thing is it really is pretty easy to install. LG gives you everything you need, excellent instructions and things just work. I was really impressed. Toughest part was the cutouts for vents, cord, bolts but even that was pretty easy. The template they provide is spot on. Just tape in to the shelf mark the pattern and cut. Same with the wall mount. Line it up, drill the holes, put the mount on the wall. Enough about that. If you have any concerns about putting it in you may want to call your friend who is good with DIY or a handyman. Operation, works brilliantly. Plenty of room for a large dinner plate and even for tall coffee cup. (Foam of course). Even comes with an oven type shelf. Not sure what you would need this for, but it comes with it. Probably more for those who really cook with theirs. All operations are very simple and even somewhat intuitive. I don’t know why they don’t have a coffee button though. One thing I miss, but not too much, is on my old unit all you had to do was hit ‘1’ and it would start for one minute, ‘2’ for two minutes and so on. Not a big deal but I did use it. The looks are fantastic! Quality materials used for everything and styling is very nice. Two things about the keypad I would like though. First, a backlight would be nice and second you get a lot of glare on the very shiny plastic. Both are not a real problem but would be nice. Overall I would say this is a fantastic value. Could not be happier.

I was disappointed in the light on the underside of the microwave, very dim compared to my other microwave. Instructions very limited on how to change power levels, but other than that it is a microwave like most microwaves. I do like the looks, but hard to see buttons, no back light. It matches my oven & that helps. It will do as long as it does what it is supposed to do. I would tell people what to look for that is missing on my oven & let them make their own decision on whether to purchase or not.

Ordered this to replace a spec house malfunctioning Fridgidaire series microwave. Easy to install. Easy directions. Works perfectly. My wife decorates cakes and loves the melt/soften features for sure.

I have Been using my microwave for about a month. The microwave elements work well the only problem I’m having is the wire filter on the bottom keeps popping out every time I close the door of the microwave and it’s really frustrating.

This microwave was in the box for over 30 days till I got it installed, unfortunately. After it was installed I noticed that it didn’t have the two bottom grease filters. The installer said that they weren’t in the box or tapped onto the microwave. I called the manufacturer to ask what could be done to replace them. And they said, “It’s been over 30 days and out of the purchase warranty for replacement parts! NOW I’ll have to buy the two grease air filters on my own, after purchasing a new microwave that they were supposed to be included.

We bought this as a replacement that the builder put in, the original brand didn’t even last a year. We also have a LG refrigerator that is the best!
