We recently installed this microwave so I haven’t been using it for very long. So far I love it. It heats food fast and is very easy to clean the inside. My only complaint is that it does not have the express cook buttons where you can hit 1 for one minute 2 for two minutes ect. You must manually type in 1:00 for one minute. other then that I’m very happy with our purchase.

Love the look of the new microwave! It took some time to find a microwave that would fit the space since our home was built about 25 years ago and it seems many full size microwaves, above-range, are just too large. No issues to date.

easy installation, except the hole drilling templates were paper. The paper templates make it a little difficult to get accurate hole locations. I would prefer the templates be printed on the cardboard box. Overall everything worked out great.

Cons: The microwave doesn’t have a separate timer and is kind of loud when it runs. Pros: It looks great and does what you need a microwave to do. Has some nice features my old one didn’t have. If there was a 4.5 star rating I’d give it that.

My old microwave that was about 7 years old I am comparing this new one with . LG has more options for warming, defrosting or cooking. This makes using this microwave easier and fun-er it I can make up my own word. Love, love, love the dark inside color. Looks cleaner than my old white one! Perfect match also to my stove. The price was very reasonable! !

When I ordered this I looked under Specifications to make sure this unit had a timer. I had one on my last LG microwave and used it all the time. According to the specifications it does have a timer, but in reality it does not. I have tried other suggestions of entering Power 0 to time but the microwave still runs. I am very disappointed that I was misled. In addition, the display does not batch the display on my new oven from LG. Why they would make them different colors, I can’t imagine!

We bought this a couple of months ago and have been very pleased with it, we replaced another LG microwave that was at least 10 years old. So installation was simple used the same bracket and mounting holes. This time we went with the stainless steel which is a lot easier to keep clean than the black was. We bought this microwave about 2 years ago. After just a year the door of the microwave developed a small crack. We don’t open it or close it aggressively, however the crack became bigger. After a few months it cracked to the point that a big piece of plastic broke off. It’s a shame because we really love this microwave. A month later and the crack only got worse, resulting in the door being in terrible shape. Would love to know if there’s a way to have someone come look at it. Is it possible to purchase solely a new door? We just bought this microwave and don’t want to have to replace it. Thank you!

I bought this 5 weeks ago for my new house. The power is strong and warm up the food very fast. It matches perfectly with my stove which is LG brand too. I’m happy with this brand for its quality and price.

This was a birthday present . We opened box and the roller arm and glass plate were broken but microwave itself was perfect. Looks lovely installed. I called customer service and they promptly placed warranty claim for me replacing the broken parts. They took care of me and my microwave is perfect.

This microwave was a witch to put in (as I suspect for most Over-The-Range ovens) and definitely requires 2 people (preferably not over 60 years old). But it looks great after installation and has all the features we had come to expect from our microwave. And a great price!
