Bought this for my 13 yo daughter for Christmas and it’s a hit in the entire house! Her older brothers and parents love it too. She has hooked up her phone to play music while riding it and figured it out rather quickly. No issues so far, battery lasts a very long time and seems to charge quickly too. Gives a warning when it’s about to die so you aren’t caught mid-ride with an abrupt stop. This hoverboard is very sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap like others on the market. Has been ridden by a 6’3 male weighing a little over 200 lbs without issue. It has provided hours of fun and I’m very pleased with the quality of this model for the price!

We purchased this Hoverboard the week before Christmas. It is very intuitive and love the different levels which made it easier to learn on. Love the Blue tooth and speakers! It is a sweet ride! Only problem we had was that the charger stopped working. But Best Buy was great about accepting the return (even though I lost our receipt). They ordered a replacement and it was shipped to our door two days later. Best Buy folks couldn’t have been nicer!

Purchased this for our nephew’s birthday and it’s safe to say it was a hit! The kids love the translucent colors and the fact they can connect via Bluetooth to play music while riding around. Took a little bit for them to get the hang of it – but now they are pros. Would recommend to any family!

The HYPE Hover-1 is a very solid, high performing hover board. It is ready to go right out of the box and the Hover-1 app gives you additional information such as speed and allows you to toggle among the three skill modes: Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert. It took me about 15 minutes to figure out how to fully balance on the scooter before I moved up from Beginner to Intermediate and still haven’t made it to Advanced – there really is no need for me to go there. But my 11-year old was on Advanced in no time, spinning circles in the drive way and leaning back and forth like a pro. The weight of the board makes it feel like a sturdy product and we haven’t had any issues with battery life. The LED lights glow very bright at night and are a nice added feature. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a hover board

Bought this for my daughter’s 11th birthday. I love that the app has controls for speed etc. Beginner, Intermediate and Expert. The Bluetooth speaker is super fun for her to use with her music on her phone. She learned how to use it very quickly. I tried it and fell. I know my limits and left it for her.

As a Hover board the HYPE Hover-1 preformed great. I myself have never used a hover board but this one was very easy to learn on. It had great control, with fun movement and speed to go along with that. The battery life is excellent, I’ve used it for two weeks now and have only had to charge it once. The Bluetooth speaker is a nice add on; however, the range is not great. If your phone is in your pocket though it will work fine. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with the HYPE Hover-1.

Bought this for my 11 yr old as a birthday present. Easy to learn and so much fun. I’ve had it for a while now and I haven’t had any problems. Works great. My kid zooms along all over the place with it and you can play your music on it too. Its heavy and seems to be built pretty good.
