I’ve been using these Beats Studio Buds exclusively for the past 4 days and its been a mostly pleasant experience. I haven’t owned a pair of Beats headphones or earbuds since before Apple bought and took over the brand. I remember Beats being very loud and bass heavy back in the day, I also remember them not being very comfortable for extended use. These Studio Buds are a great example of how the brand has evolved and improved in the years since Apple acquired them. The charging case is very elegant , I love the look and feel of the case and earbuds, It has the universal USB C charging port, which any person can take advantage of regardless of what your OS of choice is. They pair with an iPhone just as easily as the apple AirPods and you’ll get the same battery widget on your phone to keep track of your earbuds battery life. I didn’t get to try them on an android phone but Ive read that you get the same software support on android with them. You may have to download the Beats app on android though. The active noise cancellation on these buds is pretty impressive. I work in an environment where noise easily reaches 100 decibels and they did a solid job of keeping out the noise. I have a window a/c unit in my bedroom and these earbuds completely cancel out the loud white noise it makes. I couldn’t even tell it was on while listening to music.
I think sound quality on these earbuds is quite good. They are well tuned, I wouldn’t say they have the typical Beats heavy bass that drowns out every other tone in a song but the bass is still there. I feel the bass drop in my ears without it completely destroying the mids , highs and vocals. I listen to everything from classical to metal and they handle every note well. I would recommend these to anyone looking for an excellent set of wireless earbuds. They sound great, and they’ve worked flawlessly. No issues with Bluetooth connection, no disconnects, and battery life is great. I juice them up every other day and they haven’t let me down. And they look great! If you’re trying to decide whether or not to buy these go ahead and grab a set of these, I think you’ll love them as much as I do, I am honestly surprised that these are being sold at this price.
pros: Sound great, look great
Comfortable to wear for extended use
Great active noise cancelling
No connection issues and compatible with Android or iPhone
Cons: No complaints from me

I own the AirPods Pro, the Galaxy Buds Pro and now Studio Earbuds so my review is based on the user experience of all 3 earbuds. The AirPods Pro are the most expensive but they are the best overall. Beats earbuds might not be the best at ANC or transparency mode but they have a solid foundation based on full and clean bass, a comfortable fit, and they look good. Here are some pros and cons to provide a fair review.
Good:
1. These sound good and get loud. The bass is full without overpowering the vocals. The AirPods Pro do a better job though with vocals, spatial audio, and Dolby Atmos sound. The Beats sound good for movies, podcasts, gaming, and YouTube with no lag.
2. These have a comfortable fit and can be worn for hours without ear fatigue. I was able to workout with these in my ears and they never fell out or needed constant adjustments.
3. These look cool and stylish. I bought the black version and they just blend with my clothes and hats. In pics these earbuds actually look ugly but once you wear them you understand the design choice.
4. We FINALLY have earbuds that work the same for the iPhone and Android phones. I own the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the GS21 Ultra as my business phone. ANC and transparency mode on my AirPods Pro won’t work on my GS21 Ultra and ANC and ambient mode won’t work on my Galaxy Buds Pro through my iPhone. With Beats earbuds I can use all the features on both phones which is a big deal.

These beats are banging sound better the my air pods 2 and thay don’t fall out my ears I don’t lawn care and I really don’t hear the engine of my mower at all just music will highly recommend I think there just as goons as the air pod pros
Paul –
It connects immediately to my iPhone and the Bass is so good. The only thing I am annoyed of is that if you are listening to a music and you are going to receive a call from any app it will disconnect.

Just picked these up and love them, returned my Sony wf xm4 earbuds for these. I wasn’t concerned about all the bells and whistles the Sony earbuds offered, only cared about sound, comfort and battery life. I couldn’t wear the Sony’s long enough to find out about battery life but comfort and sound quality were terribly for that price point. The beats studio paired to my iPhone 12 Pro sound great, also very comfy.

First off I am surprised at this new release from Beats (Apple). I wasn’t expecting the sound to be as it is. Usually the boomy bass and muddy mids is what you get from Beats, except this time it has been improved and it resembles a more refined sound with enough bass and better audio presentation. The design of Earbuds is not new to me as I feel Beats (Apple) borrowed the design of the Earin A-3 but with eartips added. Still this is a more comfortable and secure fit than my AirPods Pro. My Samsung Galaxy Buds Live are my most comfortable and extended listening pair and the ones I tend to pick up more. The AirPods Pro are 2nd to none in the clarity and call department. We can’t get Audiophile Sound from TWS just yet although technology has improved tremendously but until then these are some of the few earbuds I use for TWS earphones. I have some EarFun Free Pro’s, just pre-ordered the Life P3’s as well but for now… These Beats Earbuds will suffice and I would definitely recommend to anyone beit iOS or Android user!

These are really good buds. I returned by galaxy buds plus and got these instead. Because i like the sound signature of these buds and how they fit and look. Samsung buds touch control was too sensitive the studio buds have nice clicky buttons.
I too saw many reviews and thought these were bad but OMG i was super impressed and holding onto these. Glad i took a Leap and tried out. One thing i understood was ear buds are personal so do try them out before jumping to conclusions. Also the mic quality is really good and no one complained about my calls. Ps: Owner of AirPods pro and i love my studio buds

Bad:
1. No wireless charging. I prefer to use fast chargers so this isn’t a big deal for me but this might be an issue for someone else.
2. ANC, transparency mode, and sound quality are good but not great. You can find better but you will definitely have to spend more money.
3. Call quality is average. I did a FaceTime and regular phone call and we both could hear each other but this is the weakest part of these earbuds. AirPods Pro are the best at this feature by a mile.
Bottom line…these earbuds deliver the bass and style while being comfortable enough to wear all day. When I just want to listen to music loud I grab these without hesitation. AirPods Pro are still the best earbuds overall over $200 but the Studio Earbuds are the best under $200.

Great sounds and they stay in your ears. Not the greatest connectivity distance. And they are very sensitive to touch. They disconnect phone call with the slightest touch

Hands down the best sounding earbuds I’ve ever had. The only problem I’ve had with them is just a personal preference, but it seems like I can feel them in my ears, whereas airpods, I don’t feel them in my ears.

You can really do anything with these headphones Workout, run, do the yard etc. It changes so fast but the cord is short no biggie. Easy to pair with iPhone or Android. Long lasting and the best sound.

As I write this, I have the original AirPods, PowerBeats Pro, and these Beats Studio Buds and I owned the AirPods Pro for a brief period. Here are my thoughts on the comparisons.
1) These earbuds do stay in my ear better than the AirPods Pro but not as well as the PowerBeats or OG AirPods.
2) These to me sound slightly better than the OG AirPods but not as good as the Powerbeats or AirPods Pro.
I purchased these and the Powerbeats Pro at similar times with the intention of keeping the pair that worked better for workouts and returning the other and I think I will be keeping the Powerbeats. The Powerbeats sound better and are more secure in the ear.
I would keep these if the OG AirPods didn’t fit like they don’t for many and I didn’t want to pay the extra ~$50 for AirPods Pro. I do think these are the most stylish.
To me, the original AirPods are still king for everyday use but I would switch to Pros if they stayed in my ears better. These were just not for me but that doesn’t mean they aren’t good earbuds, I just think there are better options right now. That being said, since these earbuds work well with Andriod, I would keep these as a daily pair if I had an android phone.

TL:DR : These are Great, as long as you set expectations and understand Apple made some cuts to separate the AirPods as their Favorite Child…
These review on here I read kind of suck. Most peoples issues where that there not as good as Airpods Pros or The fit didn’t work for there Shrek Like ears. Anyways I would say these Beats are Good… not GREAT… but good (4.5/5). The sounds is great, The beats app works great for android.
Pros:
+ Sound Is Great. Very Punchy and bright.
+ Fantastic Transparancy mode
+ Great iOS or Android App integration
+ Small Case, light yet sturdy build quality
+ Tactile Buttons
+ USB FREAKING – C (finally)
+ Great Colors
+ Quick charge 10min = 1hr playtime etc…
Oks:
> ANC is decent ..
> OK Mic quality… Airpods pro got ya beat
Bads:
– No EQ in android app (please make this happen)
– No W1/H1 chip so no icloud easy switching
– No Qi charging (dont really care but meh)

So. I ended up buying these because my AirPods kept getting ripped out of my ears by my long hair and I’d come close to losing them or breaking them every time.
I like these ear buds a lot. As far as function, they work great! Connection was easy, same as AirPods (go figure.) The fit is snug, but I like that along with the fact they don’t have the stupid piece that hangs out of your ear, so it’s hard to lose them. If you’re someone who has a lot of ear piercings, like myself, it’s a lot more comfortable than most other headphones. Another pro, the end of the ear bud is a button so it can do multiple things, which again compared to AirPods, I like a lot better than the whole tapping thing. Last but not least, the most simple of them all, I really like the fact that you can pause your music with the button, and it doesn’t pause itself when you take one out.
The only con I have for these is the fact that the sound isn’t as good as I thought it would be for beats. Don’t get me wrong, the sound is good, but for songs with heavy bass it doesn’t sound as good as it would in other beats headphones.

I have PowerBeats Pros and AirPod Pros because I have them in all day for work and switch back and forth to keep them charged. I added these to the mix and so far so good. They sound good, I barely notice them being in, they have pretty much the same functionality as AirPod Pros, but cheaper and much better battery life. The case is much smaller than PowerBeat Pros which is a huge plus. I picked them up at noon yesterday, charged them to 100% and had them in until bedtime and like I said, I barely noticed them being in.
I notice a few negatives which will probably go away once I get used to them. One, they are small in the hands and it takes a few to figure out how they go in the case. Just line up the metal contacts and you’ll figure it out, but it’s not easy unless you’re actually looking at them. Second, they aren’t labeled L or R so until you get used to them, go right from the case to your ears, they look and feel similar. Third, the only button is on the flat surface with the logo. If you need to push them in to re-seal them, if you mistakenly hit the flat surface, it’ll stop or play whatever you are listening to. Finally, with AirPod Pros, long pressing the button switched between ANC and transparency. These switch between ANC, Off and Transparency, which I haven’t decided is good or bad. With my AirPod Pros, I only used ANC & transparency and never off.
Overall, I think I’m going to be happy with them, they’ll just take some time to get used to.

purchased Red Beats Studio Buds and absolutely love them. Look $150 is about middle of the road pricing, even though it is a lot of money to some people. I did not want to buy some other brand and be disappointed again, or worse, not have quality support when needed. So is there better sounding buds out there? I heard Sony is excellent at double the price!
Beats studio buds are better than any other wireless buds at this price point. Overall, i get rich sound where I hear more of the music than ever before. The instant pairing is a blessing and it is all around fun to have a brand recognizable to the world!
A couple of downsides: When i open the Beats app to view settings, i only get to see basically ads about how great Beats products are. kind of annoying in that respect. it takes a couple of Open and Shut of the case a few times to get where i want to go. At the very least, i like to see my beats battery, which is not always very easy. My other complaint is i received a notification for a day to upgrade firmware, I followed the on-screen instructions, but nothing happened. Just a screen about how great Beats is. Then i just got a little creative and open/shut the case a few times for the upgrade to finally happen.
Overall, i give this a solid 9 out of 10! Music quality is excellent. Instant pair is great, and backed by solid company that stands behind their products more than anyone else i have owned. Love this!!

These buds are a great value for the price. Active Noise Cancelling is included, as well as a charging case. The case charges via USB-C, which is very nice to see from an Apple-owned brand. Pairing was quick and easy, and the Beats Android app let me adjust a few settings. However, I did not see any equalizer presets in the app. It appears that these buds are meant to be listened to only with their in-house sound tuning. Bass is punchy without being artificial sounding. Overall clarity is decent, and I have no complaints in my usage so far. The size of these buds make them fairly discrete, and they do not stick out of my ears much, if at all. Comfort is there, and I can see myself wearing these for quite a while. Overall I would recommend these water-resistant buds for anyone looking for anything less bulky, maybe for the gym. The included ANC at this price point is a noteworthy bonus.
