    I bought this as a gift for my teenage daughter. She loves her new Apple watch. Because she is a teenager and it is her first Apple watch, I did not want to purchase the $400 watch. This is a perfect one to meet her needs and to see how much she will use it. The problem now is everyone else in my family wants one.

    I love my watch! I have the all black one and it goes with everything. Super comfortable, very convenient while working out. I would recommend to get a screen protector and a case because even if you are very careful you could end up hitting it against something hard.

    This watch does one thing with your time: wastes it. The image of Apple products being “plug-and-play” or simple to use out of the box does not apply here. Be prepared to spend hours or even a day or more simply setting this up, thanks to snail-like speed issues and bugs around every corner. Tips:
    1. Switch off all nonessential features asap, especially related to syncing. Otherwise you’ll periodically spend about 30+ minutes waiting for the watch to finish its business including each time the watch is switched on.
    2. I probably spent over an hour trying to sync a small playlist from my iPhone to my watch due to an extremely buggy syncing process that wouldn’t recognize when the watch was charging. Multiple restarts of both devices, multiple app restarts, random songs not downloaded.
    3. GPS does not work out of the box, especially with third-party apps such as Nike Run Club, so don’t count on these to track your movement. Even the built-in Maps app did not locate me until I connected to WiFi although GPS location shouldn’t require an internet connection.
    4. Extremely slow and confusing to use in general. Boot-up takes minutes. Charging takes half a day. Watch sometimes doesn’t light up on tapping when you want it to.

    It’s amazing to have my watch, it was a Christmas gift. It has help me to stay active more, I don’t have to have my phone on me all the time, the watch will pick up called, and messages. Counts my steps, help me with my heart rate!! I LOVE IT!

    I wouldn’t have bought this watch if my daughter didn’t point out the excellent wellness features. My workouts are now well controlled an my overall health is improving as I stick to my regimen daily. I did purchase a stainless steel band from another source which makes it dressier
