I really like the set up of this fridge especially the front panel door our frequently used items are stored there for quick grab. There is plenty of room for food and beverages. The freezer has plenty of room for quick frozen meal for convenience for the kids to grab. Love having the ice and water,in which the ice machine keeps up pretty good to our use our family drinks lots of water. Not to mention the great finger print resistant front, save on cleaning. The only thing I don’t like is not being able to keep things on the top of the fridge. Otherwise we completely recommend this fridge our whole family loves it.

After looking extensively for a great refrigerator, we located this LG on the market. I found this same model in three other places — but Best Buy had the best price, the best and quickest delivery, and the best installation by far. The big box home stores could not compete! The size and perks of this machine put it on the top of the chart for customer satisfaction. I can attest to that!!!!

When we started looking for a new fridge, we wanted to make sure we thought of how we would use it. With a small child, we know he likes to access the fridge, and the french one we had did not allow him access. This one was perfect for him and us. We love the access panel, but it sometimes does not close and does not indicate it is open. The ice is good, but it does not have a lot of storage, so if you use a lot of ice, you might want to find another unit. We are super happy!

I have other LG products that we enjoy, and therefore I was comfortable choosing this appliance. We are like it very much, it is user friendly and gives us space to place and easily retrieve items. The roomy freezer allows us to shop and store meats, and ice cream when they are on sale.

I bought my refrigerator 5/2016 and it the compressor just tanked. I woke up to water everywhere and spoiled food (it’s Summer in Phoenix). I am a huge fan of LG products but I am beyond disappointed with this product–surprised that the quality is lacking given the price paid for this item and their reputation. To add, the technician says it will take 14-20 days to get the part in…huh?! WEEKS without a refrigerator. Do your research and you missed the mark this time, LG.

We absolutely love our brand new fridge as not only is it cosr-effective but it is of great quality and desgin. Its one downfall is the placement of the water dispenser. The button is large and flat with the spout literally in front of the button (not even below where the ice dispenser is). Aside from that, it’s a darn good non-smart/IoT fridge.

I was under the gun to replace my refrigerator before leaving on vacation and fortunately I had been doing some looking around. I will say this fridge was one to the units that I had narrowed down to, but not my first choice. Mainly, I bought this one due to availability and delivery.
I have to say that so far it has been a very nice fridge. My only complaints are that it is deeper than I would have liked and extends about 6 inches further past the counter than my previous fridge which already protruded past the counter by about 3 inches and the stainless steel finish does not mean a door made of stainless steel. The refrigerator magnets have absolutely zero attraction on the door, which means there will not be any grand kid artwork unless I use tape or command strips.
Icemaker capacity is a bit small But I guess I can live with it since the grocery store sells ice for parties and I think the additional freezer space it frees up is worth the trade off.
Water dispenser will take a bit of getting accustomed to.
I do like this fridge, but just be aware that it does take up additional aisle space.

This fridge is great and is really silent and the powerful in doing is job. The door to access essential things like juices is fabulous idea. The only thing that you have to consider is that the measures are the ones that you may need in paper but, the side of the doors are wider than what they look and if you have a space that is just as big as the measures you will have problems opening it.

The fridge is spacious but I would like it more if the shelves were more adjustable. There’s only 2 spaces where you can move each shelf and the bottom shelf doesn’t move. I have big jars I would like to put in the bottom shelf but can’t because there’s not enough height.
It does make a weird noise sometimes, it doesn’t seem to be the ice maker because it’s full.
I do love the third door, I can keep all my drinks there and save space in the main part.

Works fine after a few weeks. The extra door helps get small things out with out opening the whole door and has more space for small things. Most of the reason we got it was that it had quick delivery and the one without the extra door would take longer. Our previous refrigerator was having problems. The ice and water dispenser have separate spouts which are easier to use than combined ones.

Ordered 2 weeks in advance and got it delivered timely. Got text messages in advance and the refrigerator was installed within 15 minutes. Love the door in door on frig side. Also freezer makes smaller ice cubes, which make my drinks cooler faster.

I love this fridge. Only have had it for about 3 weeks but nothing wrong yet. Love the color of the black stainless steel. Love how spacious it is. And the second door that opens to the small shelves is great for soft drinks.

All I can say is, everything works! You would think that’s a normal thing, but we have had lots of refrigerators and this is the first one where EVERYTHING works as advertised. The ice maker is great. The door in door feature is one of the best idea’s I’ve seen on a refrigerator. All the drawers work as advertised, the temperature is accurate and very stable. The freezer is the best I have ever seen. The layout is nearly perfect. We could not be happier with our purchase. Bulkra delivery was flawless. They delivered it right on time and even spent an extra half hour to help my wife get it working correctly. They did not have to do that, but it shows how good the Geek Squad is. We have had it for almost two months. Very quiet but there is a high pitch whine that may be annoying to some people. Otherwise you barely know that it is running. Basic on the inside but tons of storage. Note stainless steel is only on the outside and the sides were dark grey. Storage of tall items such as juice is an issue since shelving can only be adjusted a few pegs. Water dispenser takes some getting used to because it comes out at a high velocity. The design of the dispenser is very solid and it is built to last unlike lever design that are prone to failure. Icemaker is good and it is constructed into the freezer door which helps with space. Rated excellent by the agency that rates products (you know who I am taking about).

Our busy family loves the door within a door. We prefer the side by side of the refrigerator over the French door models. Buy some stainless steel cleaner as fingerprints do show on this unit but clean up is easy.

After one month, everything works perfectly. Filtered water tastes great. Ice maker works perfectly, no muss, no fuss. Unit is quiet. Drawers have quality feel. I’m loving it.
But the door-in-door feature takes some getting used to. When you approach the refrigerator, you have to stop and think whether you want to open the main section or the door-in-door section. You cannot easily access the door in door section from the main section. I end up closing the main to open the door or vice versa. So far it’s not as useful as I thought it would be. It’s designed mostly for containers of small width like cans or bottles of beer. Only one spot is deep and tall enough for a half-gallon container of milk or anything else of that size. I think I’ll learn eventually what to keep in the door and instinctively remember whether to open the door or the main unit when I approach. For now, it’s still a learning process.
