I needed a refrigerator and did not intend to purchase from Best Buy but the sales consultant convinced me otherwise.
I could not be more happy,
The unit came undamaged and is working fine after a week of use.
The delivery team was courteous and quick in their work, removing the old unit and garbage without a hitch.
Next purchase I will look to Bulkra first.

works great. might be better if the shelfs were more adjustable. Takes a moment for the water through the door to get cold but that’s so it doesn’t freeze up. Would be nice to have a drawer for meats.

I liked a lot of features this refrigerator has so I picked it up for the new house. I have only one small complaint in that it makes a lot of noise at seemingly random times. It is not very quiet when it does decide to sound off.

Cools very well. The in door feature is efficient. Drinks easily obtainable and cold. Slight learning curve with the water dispenser, but doable. Water also nice and cold.

My previous refrigerator was a Samsung and I was going to get another Samsung but this was recommended by a friend. A lot more storage (or at least it seems that way) than my previous fridge and my wife loves the door in door feature.

At first glance, this refrigerator looks like a good value, and does offer some innovation with the double door on the refrigerator side (which lets you access your bottled water and other smaller items without opening the entire refrigerator side). This is one of the things that attracted us to this refrigerator, but there is a “catch” . . . . Literally! You must use care and caution each and everytime you close (and hopefully latch) the door. It’s not like a regular door, where you can just “push it” and walk away. You must carefully close and latch the door, each and every time and confirm that it is shut. You must teach all family members, or anyone who would potentially open/close the door of this requirement, or . . . . Guess what? The door won’t close, and if unattended over a weekend, all of the food in your refrigerator AND FREEZER will thaw and spoil and you will be throwing out lots of food. Additionally, this smaller water bottle compartment doesn’t seem to keep the water bottles as cold as in the main refrigerator compartment, bummer! So it’s a trade off. If you like the convenience (and hopefully energy savings) of having a double compartment door, this might be a good choice. Don’t expect your water bottles to be very cold, and be sure to teach your family members to get into the habit of checking the outside door for secure closing.

Our old refrigerator was like 18 years old. It was a side by side with a no longer working ice maker. This new refrigerator is a side by side with an ice maker, ice dispenser, and cold water dispenser. These work very well. The cold saver door is new to us, but it has turned out to be handy when organizing a variety of things that we put in it. This refrigerator sits in the same space as the old one, but it has improved insulation that increases refrigerator and freezer space by large noticeable amounts. If does have an electronic panel which is useful for setting temperature and other functions. It also includes a water filter that looks like it will be easy to change when needed. So far, this refrigerator has turned out to be very good.

I really like the small energy saver door on the refrigerator. I typically prefer a French door refrigerator, but this one beat the other reviews so I went with it. So far so good. Everything is easy to access and I haven’t had any issues with temperature control.

I like everything about this refrigerator. I’ve had it for about a month now and so far so good, the only thing that is a bit different to me is how the water dispenses out you have to use both hands. One to press the water and one to hold the cup. The water shoots out at a diagonal way.

This fridge is big! I like it because almost everything fits in it. I have just decided to review it because I have realized I made a good purchase when I bought it last year. What with the current lockdown! It has certainly helped in the stocking. It functions extremely well.

The refrigerator cools quickly and the cool saver is a convenient way to access frequently used items like condiments and milk. The freezer freezes very quickly and the ice crusher is great. There is plenty of room on both sides and the shelves are easy to install. This thing is light years better than the one it replaced.

I have had this refrigerator for over a month now, and so far I love it. It has more space then my previous refrigerator even though it is .6cf smaller. The only feature that is missing is the alarm on the small pass through door. We find that you really need to push to make sure it clicks closed. Otherwise it will remain open and there is no alarm to alert you. One other issue we had is that the power cord is run through the top of the refrigerator. This doesn’t sound like a big deal, but we measured the space correctly and when it came it wouldn’t fit because the power cord was another 1/4″ on top. I needed to cut a channel in the underside of the cabinet to make it fit. Just be sure to give yourself additional space when measuring the height. Other than that, great ice maker, great storage and a great overall product.

Love this fridge, I did not want one with a freezer on the bottom because I felt like my kids would lean on it and break it.(I noticed on most make and models the wheels and track are made of plastic) I do love the door in door for condiments and larger items. I didn’t think I liked the side by side style but doesn’t bother me at all. Also, on the fridge alone After INSTANT rebate ( not mail in rebate) this fridge was around $1300. So very pleased with that.

awesome fridge! love how cold it gets! the only issue i ran into was I didn’t realize is that you need to add another inch or two to the width because how the doors open, if it doesn’t have that clearance it won’t open all the way.
